A Good Friday Concert will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Stamford. Selections from Janacek, Puccini and Fedak will be performed by the choir, with an octet from the Manhattan School of Music and instrumentalists playing harp, organ and violin.

A coalition of community organizations are having a Saturday food drive. The goal is to collect 15,000 pounds of food and raise awareness of hunger in Stamford, CT, USA.

The Darien-Stamford Red Cross is offering free CPR training at noon on the first and third Tuesday of every month. Reservations are required for each one-hour training session. Sessions will be held at the Stamford office located at 112 Prospect Street.
