National Police Memorial Week begins Sunday. The Stamford Police Department and Stamford Police Association will begin observances on Wednesday, May 6, with a memorial parade and ceremony at Police Headquarters, followed immediately by a fundraising benefit at The Palms, 78 West Park Place, Stamford, CT (USA).

Doors open at 7:30 PM


The parade will begin at 6:30pm from Veteran's Park on Atlantic Street and proceed to Police Headquarters on 805 Bedford St, Stamford, CT. See police from over 55 police departments, from Yarmouth, MA, to Lancaster City, PA. There will be officers, mounted units, motorcycles, historic police vehicles, police aircraft flyover, honor and color guards, several pipe and drum bands, including the Philadelphia Police Department and the United States Marine Corps will be featured.

All proceeds will go to the Stamford Police Association's Killed in the Line of Duty Fund.
