Hello from Audubon Greenwich & the Quaker Ridge Hawk Watching Site:
August 20th was the first day of Audubon Greenwich's Hawk Watching season and that means that it is just one month until our big celebration, the 11th Annual HawkWatch Weekend & Green Bazaar.
All the event details are listed online here: HawkWatch Festival & Green Bazaar. As you can see from the line-up, this year promises to be as good, if not better than any of the years in the past.
Many of you already know how volunteering at this event works so I will keep this note short and simple. For those of you who are new to the event, please feel free to call me anytime and I can explain more.

**NEW** VOLUNTEER BONUS: As a special bonus for volunteers, all friends & family members of volunteers are welcome to the event, free of charge. All we will need are names of people to place on the Guest List. (Please make sure those names are sent to us by September 16th so the list can be prepared.)
HOW TO SIGN UP:
A) Simply select a time slot when you know you can help.
B) List any and all the "volunteer roles" you are capable of filling.
With these two pieces of information, we will schedule you into that time slot and then be back in touch with you on or before Sept 18 with details on what role you'll fill. Also, when you arrive to volunteer, there will be a booth to check in and the list of roles will also be there.

- 11 am - 1 pm: Shift 1

- 5 pm - 6 pm: Break-down
