You may have never heard of the film, but once you’ve seen it, you will never forget it. No film is like it and the story told will remind of you of our close association we have with something so simple, yet so complex - soil (a.k.a. DIRT). Come for an evening and leave with a new appreciation for soil. You’ll learn where it comes from, be reminded of where we are going to, and gain a better understanding of the miracles that soil gives to live on this planet. Narrated by Jamie Lee Curtis, DIRT! The Movie, this film introduces viewers to soil’s fascinating history and explores Earth’s most underappreciated and valuable source of fertility. This insightful film tells the story of soil — from its miraculous beginning to its tragic degradation. More than a film, it’s a call to action.
