6th Annual Connecticut Open House Day , Statewide
Connecticut residents are invited to join the state’s 375th anniversary celebration and enjoy an exciting in-state getaway on Saturday, June 12th. Over 200 Connecticut attractions, tourism destinations, arts and cultural organizations, will roll out the welcome mat to visitors with a variety of special incentives such as discounted/free admission, free gifts and/or special exhibits and activities. Participants include museums, galleries, historic properties, theaters, farms, vineyards, amusement parks, nature centers, shops and lodging accommodations to name a few.
The annual event is sponsored by The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. in support of the state’s 375th anniversary and coordinated by the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism.
