The 37th annual Westport Fine Arts Festival, sponsored by the Westport Downtown Merchants Association, will feature 134 artists showcasing juried works in painting, watercolor, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, and photography along the beautiful Saugatuck River in downtown Westport.
